Feeding Process

For babies 6 months+

1. Boil fresh water or milk and allow it to cool slightly until warm.

2. Add 2–3 tablespoons of Trio Oats Bar powder into a bowl.

3. Slowly mix in warm water or milk, stirring continuously.

4. Adjust consistency to suit your baby’s age (smooth for beginners, thicker for older babies).

5. Feed with a clean spoon.
