Mellin Pastina Perline Micron is an extra-fine, micro pearl-shaped Italian baby pasta, specially developed for babies from 6 months onwards. Thanks to its ultra-small size, it cooks quickly and becomes extremely soft, making it ideal for first weaning meals and babies who are just beginning semi-solid foods.

Its smooth texture blends easily with soups and purées, helping babies transition gently from milk to solids while supporting comfortable digestion.

Feeding Process

For Babies 6 Months+

1. Bring water or light vegetable/chicken broth to a boil.

2. Add 1–2 tablespoons of Mellin Pastina Perline Micron.

3. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until very soft.

4. Drain excess liquid if needed.

5. Mix with vegetable purée, lentils, or finely mashed meat.

6. Allow to cool before feeding.

For Early Weaning:

• Mash or blend the cooked pasta for a smoother consistency.
